She is stationary but makes a delightful pop of color for your guests to enjoy the traditional Mardi Gras spirit.
Two is company but Three is a Party!
This tradition of "masking" has been featured on HBO's Treme. Exquisitely adorned Mardi Gras Indians work each year to create a new suit of feathers, sequins and hand beading. These Indians are unique to New Orleans and guests will flock to take photos of their exquisite costumes. A photo says 1,000 words.

New Orleans has a wonderful tradition of costuming and masking. What better way to be part of the fun than to decorate your own mask to bring home as a souvenir! In New Orleans locals often have a variety of costumes stashed in their closets for a variety of dates that we costume including Mardi Gras and Halloween. Enjoy the fun of our tradition of “crafting” as you take a mask base and add your own design and glamour to the piece. Embellishments include feathers, gemstones, small appliqués, and other fun items used to personalize your own piece.

A great way to entertain guests is with a moving parade. The parade is lead by a brass band and moves through the party. Guests follow the music dancing behind the band with other costumed characters. Also available in Brazilian samba style parades.
