She serves absinthe in the traditional way with two elegant fountains, filigree spoons on which to put a single sugar cube and two different types of absinthe. She speaks to guests about the history of absinthe and it's relation to New Orleans. Guests can take away their memento of the party with their own filigree spoon for an additional charge. Includes set up, fountains, sugar cubes, linens, costume model and strike. Absinthe is additional.

Guests have the opportunity to see a real alligator up close. They can pet the Louisiana native as well as hold them. These are great for photos opportunities. The handler brings in alligators of various sizes and then lets guests pet them and hold them if they are up for the challenge. Alligators have secured mouths and are easily held with a confident hand. Handlers usually come with (1) or (2) alligators depending on the guest count at the event.
